Reading and Writing Upgrading

Improve your English reading and writing skills, such as:

• Comprehension

• Written organization & formatting

• Understanding many types of documents

• Speaking & listening skills

• Workplace literacy skills

• Skills for college/university

The classes are flexible to accommodate your personal schedule.

A Stage 3 Literacy Certificate may be applied for up to 2 credits towards the Mature High School Diploma.

Morning Classes:

Mondays: 9:00am - 12:00pm
Tuesdays: 9:00am - 12:00pm
Thursdays: 9:00am - 12:00pm
Fridays: 9:30am - 12:30pm

(Both in-person AND online options are available for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday morning classes)

Evening Classes:

Tuesdays: 6:00 - 8:00pm

(Both in-person AND online options are available for evening classes)

Math Upgrading

Learn or relearn math and problem-solving skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, percentages, and measurements.

Winter - January 8 – March 19, 2024
Spring – April 1 – June 18, 2024

Afternoon Class:

Thursdays, 1:00pm - 4:00pm

Evening Class:

Mondays, 5:00pm – 8:00pm

Basic Computer

Learn to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for your Reading and Writing or Math assignments.

Afternoon Class:

Fridays, 1:00 - 3:00 pm
